Dr. Anene is a law teacher with over 16 years teaching experience at the National Open University of Nigeria.
A passionate educator and seasoned legal practitioner with over 20 years post-call experience, she holds Bachelors (Uniben), Masters (Essex), and Doctorate (Buckingham) Degrees in Law. She also holds a Master of Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of New Brunswick.
An expert in mixed-methods research, Francisca’s areas of interest include Competition/Antitrust Law, Women and Gender Equality, DEI and Antiracism, IP Law as well as IT Law.
